Yet another casual close passing by a Panzer driver who is fully aware of the anti-cyclist sentiment at Lancashire Constabulary, who believe that if you don't collide with a cyclist you didn't drive close enough and who will completely ignore the report because they're b******s. The driver came closer to me than to the mid-lane traffic furniture, because he couldn't care less about cyclists- of which there are few around here, for obvious reasons. Time on the video is GMT.
