Close Pass at end of Bike Lane

The bike shoulder on Chittaway Rd. ended abruptly and the remaining shoulder was overgrown by bushes. It forced me to ride on the left hand lane of a two-lane section into a roundabout. The truck behind me, a white Mitsubishi Canter FE2 tabletop rego CM52ZH didn't slow down even though it could see my situation and the need to enter the lane ahead of them. Instead of slowing down and waiting behind me the truck hardly slowed and just squeezed past me on the lane. That first close pass was followed by a Silver Haval MKy rego DWN37D that did slow down but tailgated me through the roundabout, then pass (again too close) after the roundabout.
These motorists denied me the fair use of the lane without endangerment, even though I was in there in front of them already.

The local council should have cleared these obstructing shrubbery bushes off the road. It is bad enough that they ended the cycle shoulder so abruptly without warning signage.
