Truck noses into intersection, executes unsafe pass

As I approached a T intersection, I noticed a truck also approaching from the right. I had the right of way, so proceeded and prepared to bear left, following the road. Truck driver (Ohio KUH2329) stopped almost in the intersection, well past a comfortable distance away. I moved toward the center of the road to avoid him, then back to the right side of the lane. A short while later, he crossed the double-yellow centerline to pass, causing an oncoming car to have to slow down.
