Not a wonderful video, as it's dark, wet and icy and the psycho in the Audi passed at speed entirely within the left lane, and much closer to me than to the oncoming large van/ minibus. It's typical of what we have to suffer in Lancashire with a very cyclist-hostile police force who never take action against drivers who offend against cyclists. This offence will be ignored like all the others.
