Silver Van HV68 UGX not happy when filtered past and gives chase

Turning onto Burlington Road, backed up traffic due to gates down on the railway crossing. Decided to filter past the stopped traffic onto the cycle lane to carry on my journey. Silver van HV68 UGX took offence, tried to block me initially then gave chase, driving onto the pavement, driving aroiund a tree and bin to catch up with me. Further down Burlington Road and passing close to me.
