Incompetent lorry driver…

Cycling towards Wotton-u-Edge, Glos, and signalled clearly to turn right onto the B4509 at the T-junction. Moved out to the right hand side of my lane. A CRIS Services Mixer Hire lorry was stopped at the junction of the B4509. As I got within a couple of yards making my turn, the idiot driver pulled right out in front of me, missing me by just a few feet, forcing me to swerve to my left to avoid being hit.
Slightly turned my ankle over as I unclipped hastily. Clear case of Driving Without Due Care and Attention.
Had I been moving at just a few mph faster it wouldn't have ended well for me. I could see the driver clearly (his upper body, face, etc), as I was about to turn, so what was he looking at?
Incompetence at best.
Reported to Avon & Som police (with video) same day, but not reviewed by them yet.
