Illegal close pass

Illegal close pass by the driver of a silver Hyundai Sonata registration 1ERO073/WA on 22/05/2020 at 15h59m46s which was less than 1m where the listed speed limit is 60km/h or less.

I was cycling along Bishopsgate street in Carlisle towards Lathlain on the far left hand side of the road. At 15h59m42sec at a driver of a silver Kia Sportage registration 1EVG818/WA correctly overtook me. An Audi Q5 was approaching me on the right hand side of the road when the driver of the silver Hyundai Sonata registration 1ERO073/WA decided to overtake me while the Audi was also oncoming. This is when the incident occurred. The Hyundai was very close to me while I was cycling and I was already close to the left hand side kerb. This is very dangerous as cyclists are vulnerable road users.

I use a Fly12ce light and camera combo on my bicycle whenever I cycle and I have captured a video on the incident along with photos showing the illegal close pass. The camera is positioned in the centre of my handlebars and the software can overlay 1m tramlines on the video.
