Close Pass from ECI47H at Cowan near Pie In The Sky

I was riding south when this white 2019 TOYOTA HILUX 4X2 TABLE TOP close passed me a within my lane. It was an unsafe pass and he did it when there was oncoming traffic on the opposite lane. Instead of waiting till the oncoming car had passed and then moving out to the opposting lane to execute the pass properly.
