Close Pass/Attempted Assault – Impatient Driver in Woody Point – 032ZLB (Split Screen)

Riding into Woody Point, I crossed into the lane to turn right (Hornibrook Esplanade). I specifically rode in the middle right of the lane as there was not enough room for a car to safely pass until after the give way sign. The driver came from behind and cut across in front of me within the 1m passing distance and passing me on the left.

I continued into Woody Point and pulled up beside him at the roundabout and yelled at him about how dangerous what he just did was. He gave me the finger and was yelling something that I couldn't hear.

I turned the corner into Lilla St and he attempted to run me off the road, into a parked car. I banged on the side of the car to stop him.

He pulled over and I rode past as I didn't want to get into a confrontation. I yelled that I had him on camera and pointed to my rear camera.

I road through the roundabout towards Gayundah Esplanade and he was very close behind me, then accelerated around me, close passing me within the 1m distance again.
