Close pass arrogant Land Rover driver

I pulled away from the lights and was in the centre of the left hand lane as the edge of the road is a bad state at this point. This driver clearly didn't like this and accelerated fast and deliberately drover very close to me, well under the legal 1.5metre limit and travelling well over the 20mph speed limit. Two law breaks in 1 move, all on camera. I have a still from the footage of the registration plate.
